Construction

Galvaframe steel frame is made from a 35 mm Steel tubing in a 2 mm thickness. The whole frame is heat galvanized for extreme rust resistance. The frame is easily assembled by bolting the arches and cross members together. The structure is strengthened with steel wires diagonally in the whole frame witch give the frame a high stability and overall strength. Furthermore is the canopy supplied with crossbars in both ends and in the roof section The canopy is easy to put up and can easily be assembled the help of a good ladder. The canopy is anchored by driving the stake pegs into the ground. It is recommended to use the camper weight as extra safety measure. The shelter is designed by engineers but is not calculated for conditions for snow and wind factors.

Accessories

As an accessory to the camper canopy. A sidewall kit can be supplied witch can be fitted if the need for a fully enclosed shelter is need ex. for repairs.

The sides are made from a heavy duty 300 gr. quality in white polyethylene and can be supplied with rubber straps for easy attachment.

Furthermore we can supply triangles for the ends of the canopy with rubber strap witch can be fitted to stop rain and snow entering.

Tarpaulin

The tarpaulin is designed so that it sticks 50 cm down on the sides, and if is needed it is possible to shorten the legs of the frame hereby getting a more precise fit to the camper. The tarpaulin is made from a 300 gr. pr. m2 Quality in a 3 layer quality which is treated on both sides. Within the tarpaulin is a rib stop mesh which stops the tear from further spreading. The tarpaulin is UV treated which gives it long life and protects the stored. It is flame retardant, although it is not recommended to use open fire. The tarpaulin is supplied in white as standard.
